Using the website
You may use this website for personal, lawful shopping. You must not misuse it, attempt to access accounts or systems without permission, interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent on WhatsApp to your mobile number. Keep access to your phone and WhatsApp secure, and do not share your code with anyone; we will never ask you for it. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your details accurate.
Product information and availability
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Please also read our Product Disclaimer and Size Guide. Products are available while stock lasts; stock is reserved only when you place an order.
Prices, taxes and offers
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown inclusive or exclusive of GST as stated on the product and checkout pages. Delivery and any cash-on-delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Offers and coupon codes are subject to the conditions shown with them. See our Pricing & Offers Disclaimer.
Placing and accepting orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order: for online payments, when payment succeeds; for cash on delivery, when the order is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order in the circumstances set out in the Cancellation Policy, and will refund any amount paid in full.

Delivery, cancellations and returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, cancellations by our Cancellation Policy, and returns, replacements and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy and Exchange Policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer always apply.
Intellectual property
The Vastra Vaibhavam name and logo, and the site’s design, text and our own product photographs, belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Some images are licensed stock photography and remain the property of their owners.
Customer conduct and fraud prevention
To protect customers and the store, we may limit quantities, verify orders, cancel orders we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, and suspend accounts that are misused. We will refund any amount paid for orders we cancel.
Reviews and content you send us
If you send us reviews, photos or messages, they must be genuine, lawful and not misleading or offensive. We may decline to publish content that does not meet these standards. We will not publish your photos or videos without your permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that are caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or any of your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Disputes and applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a complaint, please contact us first. We aim to resolve it quickly, and you can escalate it to our Grievance Officer (see Grievance Redressal). You may also contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or at consumerhelpline.gov.in, or file a complaint before the appropriate Consumer Commission as provided by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
