Payment methods
We currently accept: online payment through Razorpay (UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets offered by Razorpay at checkout). The options available for your order are shown at checkout.
Payment gateway
Online payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment gateway. You enter your card, UPI or bank details on Razorpay’s secure checkout, not on our website. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password.
Payment confirmation
Your order is confirmed when Razorpay reports a successful payment to us. We verify each payment with Razorpay on our server before confirming the order. You will see the confirmation on screen and receive it on WhatsApp.
Pending and failed payments
If payment does not complete, your order stays “awaiting payment” and the items are held for a short time, shown on your order page, so you can try again. If payment is not completed in time, the order is cancelled automatically and the items are released. If money was deducted but the order was not confirmed, the amount is usually reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay; if it is not, contact us with your order number.
Duplicate payments
If you are charged more than once for the same order, contact vastravaibhavam2026@gmail.com with the order number and payment details. We will investigate with Razorpay and refund any duplicate amount to the original payment method.
Refunds
Refunds for online payments go back to the original payment method. Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders are made by bank transfer or UPI. We initiate approved refunds [refund processing timeline to be confirmed]; your bank then takes its usual time to credit them. See the Return & Refund Policy.
Security and fraud prevention
All pages are served over HTTPS. Payments are verified server-side with the payment gateway, and suspicious orders may be held for verification or cancelled with a full refund. We will never ask for your card details, OTPs or WhatsApp sign-in code by phone, email or message. Please report any such request to us.
