Product photography and colour
We photograph our products to show them as accurately as possible. The colour you see can still differ slightly because of lighting during photography and the settings of your screen. Styling items such as jewellery, footwear or accessories shown in photographs are not included unless the description says so.
Fabric characteristics
Handloom, hand-printed and natural fabrics can show small irregularities in weave, print alignment or dye, slubs, or slight colour variation between pieces. These are characteristics of the craft, not defects, where they are within the variation described for the product.
Measurements and manufacturing tolerances
Garment measurements may vary slightly because of cutting and stitching tolerances. Please compare the size guide with a garment that fits you well.
Care instructions
Please follow the care instructions on the product page or garment label. Damage caused by washing, ironing or wearing contrary to those instructions is not covered by our voluntary return policy.
Availability
Products are available while stock lasts and some designs are made in limited quantities. A product shown as available may occasionally sell out before your order is confirmed; if that happens we will inform you and refund any amount paid.
Variations disclosed before purchase
Where a design has known variations (for example, placement of a print or motif), we describe them on the product page before you buy.
